Our Story

Founded by Matt Hay—a dedicated educator with decades of experience—TCD Practices was born out of a passion for supporting youth and communities. Matt’s journey includes teaching, coaching, mentoring, and leading school-wide initiatives that enhance culture and address challenges like attendance and behavior. Certified by the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) and the Attachment and Truama Network (ATN), he brings trauma-responsive approaches to every interaction. Today, TCD Practices continues to grow as a trusted leader in restorative practices.
